No one who has, or suspects physical handicap or illness should do exercisers with Dynabee Gyro Exercisers , or increase physical activity without first consulting a physician.
For coordination exercises many find using in each hand at the same time a gyro exerciser s.a. Dynabee or Turbo Pro or Dynamo or Therabee, a challenging way to develop coordination.
WRISTS : Place arm on the armrest of a chair and operate the gyro exerciser with wrist only while holding arm down with the other hand. Switch arms when tired.
WRISTS AND LOWER ARM : Place elbow on a sturdy surface in an arm-wrestling position and work without lifting elbow.
WRISTS, LOWER AND UPPER ARM: Holding arm at a 45 degree angle out to side of the body. Switch arms when tired.
WRISTS, LOWER AND UPPER ARM PLUS SHOULDER : Work your gyro exerciser while holding arm straight out from the shoulder. Switch arms when tired.
